These terms apply to every order placed on the Diamo website. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders
Diamo works on a pre-order basis: each piece is bought from the official brand store especially for your order. An order is confirmed once we receive the 50% deposit. We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and its details.
2. Prices
All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and already include customs and international shipping. Delivery inside Egypt is free. Prices on the website may change, but the price of a confirmed order will not change.
3. Availability
Sizes are subject to availability at the brand. If an item can't be bought after you order, we tell you right away and refund your deposit for that item in full.
4. Payment
A 50% deposit is paid by InstaPay, bank transfer or mobile wallet; the rest is paid in cash on delivery.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered in 7 to 21 days from confirmation to all governorates in Egypt. Delays caused by holidays, sale seasons or customs can happen; we keep you updated on WhatsApp.

7. Product information
We do our best to show every product, colour and size accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
