Are your products original?

Yes. Every piece is brand-new and bought from the official brand store especially for your order.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 21 days from order confirmation, anywhere in Egypt. We keep you updated on WhatsApp.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Egypt.

How do I pay?

A 50% deposit confirms your order (InstaPay, bank transfer or mobile wallet). You pay the remaining 50% in cash when your order is delivered.

Why do you ask for a deposit?

Each piece is bought especially for you, so the deposit reserves your items and lets us order them straight away, before sizes sell out.

What if my size sells out at the brand?

If an item is no longer available when we place your order, we tell you right away and refund your deposit for that item in full.

How do I choose the right size?

Every size shows your child's height in centimetres, for example 3 - 6 Months (62 - 68cm). Each product page has a size guide, and you can always send us your child's height and age on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before we place it with the brand (usually within 24 hours) — your deposit is fully refunded. After that, the items have been bought for you and the order can't be cancelled. See our Shipping & Payment page.

Can I return or exchange?

Because every piece is ordered for you, all sales are final. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Exchanges page.
