Returns & Exchanges
Every item at Diamo is ordered especially for you from the official brand store, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size.
To help you choose the right fit, every size on our website shows the child's height in centimetres — for example 3 - 6 Months (62 - 68cm). You are always welcome to send us your child's height and age on WhatsApp before ordering.
Our guarantee
If there is any mistake on our side — you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or the item arrives damaged or faulty — we take full responsibility and will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Please check your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its labels.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
Items that become unavailable
If an item is no longer available when we place your order with the brand, we tell you right away and refund your deposit for that item in full.
