Every item at Diamo is ordered especially for you from the official brand store. Our prices already include international shipping and customs.
- Delivery time: 7 to 21 days from order confirmation.
- Delivery area: all governorates in Egypt.
- Delivery times can vary slightly during holidays, sale seasons or customs delays. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp at every step.
- Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.

Payment
1. Deposit to confirm your order
Because every piece is bought especially for you, a 50% deposit of the order total is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is paid in cash to the courier when your order is delivered.
2. Why do we ask for a deposit?
- Confirming your order: we pay the brand in full the moment we place your order, so the deposit reserves your items.
- Faster processing: confirmed orders are placed with the brand straight away, before sizes sell out.
3. How to complete your order
- Place your order on our website.
- Our team will contact you on WhatsApp with the payment options for the deposit (InstaPay, bank transfer or mobile wallet).
- Send us a screenshot of the transfer and your order status will change to Processing.
Cancellations
- Before we place your order with the brand (usually within 24 hours): you can cancel and your deposit is fully refunded.
- After we place your order: the items have already been bought for you, so the order can't be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
- Refused at the door: if an order is refused for any reason other than a wrong or damaged item, the deposit is kept to cover the cost of the items and two-way delivery.
